The kit includes:

- 1 Acqua & Semola Fresh Italian Orecchiette Pasta 1.1lb (500g)

- 1 Anchovy Paste tube 2.1oz (60g)

- 1 Pollastrini Italian Anchovies in Olive Oil 3.5oz (100g)

- 1 I Contadini Broccoli Rabe jar 8oz (230g)

- 1 Pecorino Romano Cheese chunk 2.2lb (1kg)

Preparation

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the orecchiette until al dente for about 4/5 minutes. Ā In the meantime, add some olive oil to a pan together with 2/3 garlic cloves, 5/6 anchovies, half a tsp of anchovy paste Ā and some chili flakes (optional). Gently fry the garlic until it has softened and the anchovies have melted. One minute before the pasta is ready add the broccoli rabe to the pan and stir everything together. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, toss to coat pasta evenly. Serve hot with an extra drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a generous amount of grated pecorino to finish. Enjoy!
