Preparation method:

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Return pasta to pan and add the truffle butter. Stir until all butter has melted. Plate pasta and shave truffles on top with truffle slicer. 

Method of use

To facilitate the cleaning of the truffle keep quickly rinseit in cold water, then under running water and with the help of a soft brtille brush (alternatively you can also use an old toothbrush) wash the truffle eliminating the last earth residues.
