  3. Knead at maximum speed for 2 minutes using a planetary mixer.

  4. Shape gnocchi and dust lightly with rice flour or equivalent.

Storage after production:

  • Refrigerate at 2–5°C (35–41°F) for several days

  • Suitable for freezing
