The San Giovanni Rotondo Il Parco buffalo milk products are the only D.O.P. products produced in Puglia, with Puglia’s buffalo’s milk, because it comes from an area (including the province of Foggia) which due to its geographical, historical and traditional features is part of the production area of the Mozzarella di Bufala and Campania D.O.P.
